Our nightly base rates fluctuate based on booking source, demand, season, weekends/weekdays, and holidays. Base rates may change without notice until your reservation is confirmed. Your reservation is subject to all applicable state & local taxes and fees.

Our regular check-in time after 3:00pm and check-out is before 10:30am.

We are able to accommodate up to 2 adults in The Retreat & The Base Camp, 4 adults in The Lookout, and 6 adults in The Summit.
In addition, we are able to accommodate up to two small children per accommodation and can provide pack’n’plays & twin beds with bedding (free of charge).

We love our pets here at The Horsefeathers!
Horsefeathers is a dog-friendly hotel and we’re happy to welcome furry guests in The Retreat & The Base Camp.
For a once-per-stay $75 fee, we’ll enroll your furry best friend in our Pets Are Welcome (PAW) Program and place our welcome kit - complete with a pet bed, food & water bowls, towels & treats - for your dog to enjoy during your stay!

Free on-street parking is available along Sherman Avenue on the southern border of our property.
Free off-street parking is available within our Stratton Garden lot (accessible via the Hood River Courthouse driveway on Sherman Ave or State Street).
Guests visiting multiple downtown locations may be interested in obtaining city-wide parking passes (allowing you to park all day on any metered street or any city-owned parking lots, with the exception of State Lot and Front Lot). While we do not have a lobby at this time, our staff are on-site daily and available 24 hours a day for guest services, including concierge and luggage assistance.
Beginning late-2025, our guest services staff will be located within La Scala, our Sicilian-inspired cafe, beer garden & private event space to better serve our guests and provide additional on-site services (including room service).

Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
Refill of coffee & tea, toiletries, towels and other supplies are available free of charge, upon request.

Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind is permitted inside our condos or on hotel grounds at any time.
Guests will incur a minimum fee of $1,500 (in addition to charges to reimburse losses relating to cleaning costs, lost revenue, and/or other damages) for any violations of this policy during their stay.
